Accommodation rates

If you wish to make an amendment to your accommodation booking or add accommodation after you have already registered for the conference, please email [email protected] with your preferred hotel and check in/check out dates.
The accommodation booking deadline is Sunday, 2 August 2026 (AEDT) All amendments and cancellations after this deadline will need to be made directly with the hotel.
To book accommodation for the conference after the deadline, please contact the hotel of your choice directly.

Pullman Melbourne Albert Park

Classic Room: $225 per night

Rooms feature spacious workspace, 40-inch LCD TV, iPod docking station, multimedia connectivity panel, WiFi access, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, Co-Bigelow bathroom amenities, robe and slippers and walk in rain shower (selected rooms). Room options feature hypoallergenic featherbeds with one King, two King Single or two Queen Beds options within the Hotel range. Enjoy access to indoor pool & gym.

Terms & Conditions: Cancellations at 41 days or more prior to Check-In can be cancelled at no charge. The Conference Organiser must receive this in writing to [email protected]. At 40 days or less prior to Check-In any cancellation will be charged the equivalent of 100% stay. In the event of a “No Show” on the date of arrival, full cancellation penalties apply to all nights of the stay. Payments made by credit card will be subject to a 1.4% surcharge on the total amount being paid.
To include breakfast in the accommodation rate, please indicate this in the special requests field during registration. Breakfasts booked on site are charged at $38.00 per person.

Mercure Melbourne Albert on the Park

Located onsite at Pullman Melbourne Albert Park, this contemporary style room features either one King bed, 2 Single Beds or 2 Queen Beds (on request), sofa, ensuite bathroom, LCD flat screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, iron and ironing board and signature Mercure bathroom amenities. Enjoy access to Pullman indoor pool & gym.
